Hey everyone! Check out this cool website my good friend Karmen has put together. If you are new to town or have lived here forever, your really do need to venture down to Evans street and Dargan street and see the new Florence emerging. Great things are happening folks. I have lived in this town for 9 years and have never been this excited and proud of my little city. The amount of passion and energy going towards these projects and renovations is mind blowing. Come downtown this weekend, Listen to some live music and eat scrumptious chocolate at Dolce Vita….(I hear the talent is amazing.)

Perhaps your new business idea is waiting to be hatched…downtown Florence. Ok fine, I’ll share mine. It’s is a coffee and breakfast place called ” French Toast and Roast ” I love breakfast…and coffee. To be honest I really love pancakes… but the name is didn’t sound as cool….wait…”PANCAKES AND PERK”..What do you think? Would you stop in for delicious breakfast and hot coffee opened late nights? I have spent hours on Pinterest searching for breakfast recipes and coffee and logos…ahhhh the dream begins. This is how it starts. Dreaming of what you’d like to see. Talk. Share ideas.Do something daring. Take a chance. Break out of boring. Gosh I’ve got myself excited now!
