Tomorrow is New Years Eve and I for one am ready for 2016! There is just something in the air that feels exciting and full of HOPE.Big changes are coming.I feel a major shift happening in my world. Like the fireworks above I see quick, snappy and colorful deals in my future. I want the thrill of being totally excited at the next deal ooing and ahhing over details of finding that newlywed couple their first home.Or the sweet retired couple their downsized dream.Or helping that young relocated professional find their place in our town.
For me 2015 felt very sloooow like I was stuck and could never quite gain momentum.Deals just drug out and felt like they would never close. My clients were just waiting and waiting on the lenders and underwriters… I can sum it up by one word. Frustration. I started the year out with big ideas and big plans and huge personal goals, but emotionally I was let down. And even though some of those goals did happen,I just never had the joy I was anticipating. 2015 I will not miss you.
For me the new year is all about excitement and new beginnings. I am claiming 2016 to be my best year ever. Helping my clients get qualified and find their dream home is my highest priority this year. If you choose to work with me I will get you qualified and approved for a home loan quicker and easier than ever before. The industry is changing drastically and you need a Realtor who is on top of the trends.
So let’s say good bye with a sign of relief to 2015. And cheers to new homes,hope and happy deals in 2016!
